Are you working in the early learning and childcare sector?  Good news, you may have had a pay increase!

On 13 October 2025, a new Employment Regulation Order for early years educators and school-age practitioners came into effect.

This ERO increased the minimum hourly rates of pay for staff in different roles within this sector.
