The minimum wage will increase by 65 cents to €14.15 per hour on 1 January 2026.

The ceiling for the 2% Universal Social Charge (USC) band will increase by €1,318 to €28,700.

👉 This means that a full-time worker on the national minimum wage will stay within the 2% rate band following the minimum wage increase on 1 January 2026.
