The helpline is open from 10am on Friday, 22 August 2025 and is available on weekdays and Saturdays until 2pm Saturday, 30 August 2025.
You can contact the helpline:
- Weekdays from 10am to 5pm on Friday, 22 August and Monday, 25 to Friday 29 August
- Saturday, 23 August from 10am to 5pm
- Saturday, 30 August from 10am to 2pm
Calls are free and texts are charged at the standard rates.
