How did Ireland's COVID-19 pandemic response affect you?

The independent COVID-19 Evaluation survey aims to learn lessons from the pandemic by examining Ireland’s response and impacts across the health and care system, wider society and the economy.

The consultation is open to individuals, families, workers, carers, communities and businesses to share their experiences of the pandemic.

The closing date for the public survey and individual written responses is Monday, 14 July 2025.
