Have you been prescribed Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for menopause symptoms?
From 1 June 2025, if you are prescribed HRT you will be able to get it free without a prescription charge from a pharmacy participating under the free HRT scheme if you:
- Are registered for the Drugs Payment Scheme, or
- Have a medical card
